What is a Psychedelic-Assisted Therapeutic Retreat & Group Journey?
The program unfolds over eight weeks, with 8 weekly online sessions, interwoven with a transformative two-night, in-person psilocybin retreat.
Throughout the journey, we invite participants to explore and embody the foundational concepts of set and setting, offering a blend of educational resources, heart-centered preparation, and compassionate integration. Rooted in science-informed principles and guided by the wisdom of Indigenous traditions, our framework honors both the depth of ancestral knowledge and the rigor of modern understanding.
At the heart of our approach are the values of resilience, grace, healing, and community care. Facilitated by registered counselors, this group experience provides a supportive environment for growth and transformation. Additionally, the program may be eligible for extended medical coverage, making it accessible to those seeking holistic care.

What is the Flow of the Group Program?
Eight weeks: Eight weekly online meetings +
a two-night, in-person psilocybin retreat experience.
This program combines online weekly gatherings and an in-person retreat to create a cohesive and transformative journey. Over the course of eight weeks, we offer 8 weekly online sessions, each lasting two hours. These sessions are thoughtfully designed to nurture communal and individual care, foster self-discovery, build resilience, and support healing.
At week five, participants come together for a two-night psilocybin therapeutic retreat set amidst the natural beauty of Bowen Island, BC, Canada. This immersive retreat serves as a pivotal moment in the journey, offering a profound opportunity for growth and connection.
Following the psilocybin experience, the program transitions into three weeks of integration. During this time, participants engage with resources and practices to support continued growth, deepen integration, strengthen connections, and foster accountability.
What does the Psylocibin Therapeutic Experience consist of?
The psilocybin therapeutic active session is a two-night, in-person retreat held at week nine through the group journey. Set amidst the serene beauty of Bowen Island, near Vancouver, BC, Canada. This retreat offers an immersive experience in nature, fostering connection and transformation.
The psilocybin journeys take place over two evenings, bookended by intentional opening and closing circles to provide structure and support.
Participants arrive on Friday around 2 p.m., where they are warmly welcomed and invited to join a gentle yet purposeful preparation circle. Following this, participants settle into their accommodations, with time to connect with the group, tend to personal needs, and prepare for the journey ahead.
The experiential journey begins with half the group on the first evening. Afterward, we come together for a nourishing late meal and a reflective integration session. The second half of the group embarks on their journey the next afternoon, followed by a shared meal, reflection, and integration.
On the final morning, the group gathers for breakfast, closes the circle, and prepares to depart. Throughout the retreat, there will be ample opportunities to immerse in nature, enjoy delicious meals, and find moments for restoration, integration, and joy.
